Sacramento Fashion Week Presents a Preview Showcase at the 2017 Sacramento Women’s Expo

Sacramento Fashion Week (SACFW) continues to partner with the Sacramento Women’s Expo (SACWOMENSEXPO) to present “The Working Woman” fashion show this Saturday October 28th with hair and makeup provided by Paul Mitchell the School at MTI College. The production has also partnered with Help Fight Poverty, putting on a food drive to help our fellow citizens in Puerto Rico.

The runway showcases will be held at the Sacramento Convention Center. This year’s show is being hosted by local model Marialuisa Marquez, representing Help Fight Poverty. A donation drop-off bin will be located at the SACFW booth by the runway stage.

This years Working Woman showcase is free with expo admission. It will take place at 5 PM on the main stage featuring a preview collection by the following four SACFW designers:

Sacramento Women’s Expo remains the area’s largest shopping and networking event, designed for women by women. This fun, inspiring, and empowering event features a Shopping Expo, Beauty Bar & Pampering, Fashion Shows, Hot Topic Workshops, Swag Bags, Prize Giveaways, and more.

Sacramento Fashion Week will take place the week of February 19th through the 24th 2018. The events showcase the talent of local and international designers. The production has become the largest and longest running fashion showcase in Northern California.

Help Fight Poverty provides a new beginning for women and children. They focus on the empowerment of women and the needed resources for families.
